Fear is a funny thing.
It only really holds power when it stays hidden in the shadows — when we’re too afraid to admit we’re afraid.
But when we bring fear into the light, when we name it and expose it, something shifts.
It loses its grip. It becomes something you can work with, instead of something that works against you behind the scenes, controlling your choices and actions.
Naming your fear gives you back your power.
Especially in relationships.
Instead of pretending you're fine, try laying your cards on the table.
Say the thing.
Share the fear — of abandonment, of rejection, of not being enough.
You might be surprised by how compassionately you’re received…
By how much deeper your connections grow when you stop performing and start being real.
Truth creates space for intimacy.
And naming your fear is one of the most loving things you can do — for yourself and for those around you.
